What makes you feel free? How about unleashing it all with some deliciously expressive paint? Or sticking your hands in luscious colors, pouring and dancing at the same time? We’ll play with paint in a way that make you feel alive and untethered (and will horrify your pre-school teacher and maybe your Aunt Margie). Add some chocolate, wholehearted intentions, good connections and libations and well, you have the perfect Sunday afternoon. Wear something you don’t mind getting messy –a nice ball gown would be appropriate – hee, hee! Donations benefit Solana Center for Environmental Innovation.

Inside everyone is a Muse, a creative life force that inspires you, whispers in your ear and asks wonderful, curious questions. Layer by layer, we’ll create a painting and writings that embody your Muse as a creative partner and loving guide. Donations benefit Leap to Success.

The Hebrew word for “soul or spirit” is neshama. Following the high holy days and Sukkot, there’s no better time to connect to your creative neshama than right in this very moment. Choose from creating a beautiful journal (to hold your truth and story for the new year), or a painting that opens your heart wide to the beauty and lessons of this time. Layer by layer, color by color, you’ll play, connect inside and with each other and get lost in the making. Everyone is welcomed, Jewish or not, and there’s absolutely no art experience needed. Donations benefit Jewish Family Services.
