Making art is an interesting thing. It can be a mirror of how you judge yourself inside. Inevitably in the process, your inner critic shows up and sits on your shoulder just in the throes of your flow. When he/she/they show up, take a deep, delicious breath, eat some chocolate, take a dance break and keep on painting. Trust yourself. You are magic.
